Andrew Cuomo sexually harassed at least 11 women including nine current or former state employees in violation of state and federal law, according to a long-anticipated report Tuesday that threw the governor s political future into further turmoil. The bombshell 165-page report released by Attorney General Letitia James s office provided largely corroborated accounts of harassment by the Democratic governor that included unwanted groping, kissing, hugging and inappropriate comments, though Cuomo denies many of the claims. Among them were a claim from an executive assistant who says Cuomo reached under her blouse and grabbed her breast during an encounter at the Executive Mansion, which the attorney general s appointed investigators found to be credible.
