The court documents indicate that Jaquell Bradley shot the victim several times in the body, face and leg with a semi-automatic pistol while standing near the man at the corner of State and Hulett Streets in the Hamilton Hill neighborhood. Bradley, 25, was arrested and he was scheduled to be arraigned Thursday.
