21-year-old shoots herself while unloading gun: York police

A 21-year-old woman is expected to survive a self-inflicted gunshot wound that happened Wednesday night while she was unloading a gun, York City police said.
The woman shot herself in her leg around 7:30 p.m. on the 400 block of North George Street, according to police. She was treated at a local hospital.

2 men injured in York shooting: police

Two men were injured during a Wednesday night shooting in York one of three in the city in 24 hours, police said.
A 23-year-old man was shot three times, and a 24-year-old man was shot once, both around 9:37 p.m. on the 600 block of Cleveland Avenue, according to York City police.
The men were taken to the hospital for treatment. Their current condition is unknown.
Earlier Wednesday night, a 21-year-old woman accidentally shot herself while unloading a gun, police said.
A 59-year-old man was also injured during an early Thursday shooting in the area of the area of North Newberry Street and Clark Avenue.
York police are looking for a shooter who critically injured a man.Police said the 30-year-old victim was shot multiple times around 4:23 p.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of Pacific Avenue.The man s name hasn t been released.
