Crocs is doing it again. The company is giving away free shoes to health care workers to celebrate National Nurses Week.
For 5 days, starting on May 10, Crocs will once again give away 10,000 pairs of Crocs at Work shoes every day to healthcare heroes who continue to provide comfort and care amid COVID-19.
In honor of National Nurses Week and to all the healthcare workers, Crocs wants to thank you for all the hard work and celebrate those who have been on the frontlines throughout it all.
Beginning on May 10, Crocs will take requests each day at 12PM EST until the shoes run out.

At the end of last year, the Federal Communications Commission approved the Emergency Broadband Benefit Program, which means eligible families will be able to get a $50 per month credit on their internet bills.
Families whose incomes were negatively impacted during the coronavirus pandemic may be eligible for the bill credit. According to the FCC s website, the new benefit will connect eligible households to jobs, critical healthcare services, and virtual classrooms.

Why is this credit being offered?
FCC Acting Chairwoman Jessica Rosenworcel says internet access is vital to US families, especially as they navigate the coronavirus pandemic.
On Wednesday, May 5, 2021, Gov. David Ige announced a new federal program that aims to assist thousands of qualifying households across the state to pay for their internet service. Under the Emergency Broadband Benefit Program established by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), eligible households can receive up to $50 a month to pay for broadband service. Qualifying lessees on Hawaiian Home Lands may apply for an enhanced benefit of up to $75 per month.
The program is limited to one monthly service discount per household. Eligible households may also receive a one-time discount of up to $100 toward the purchase of a laptop, desktop computer or tablet from participating Hawai‘i internet service providers if the household contributes a minimum of $10 towards the purchase price. The program is funded through the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021, passed by Congress in December 2020 – which established the Emergency Broadband Connectivity Fund and allocated $3.2 b
