Loyalist College is planning to re-start in-person learning this fall.
In an online post, president/CEO Dr. Ann Marie Vaughan says the college is encouraged by the low number of COVID-19 cases in the Quinte region over the past year, adding that about 10,000 vaccines have been administered across the region, so far.
She says Loyalist continues to work with Hastings Prince Edward Public Health and is prepared to switch its curriculum delivery options, if needed.
Hastings and Prince Edward Counties are currently in the ‘green zone,’ of the province’s COVID-19 recovery framework.
