234 OFWs return home from Middle East on New Year s Day – Manila Bulletin

They were either affected by lockdowns, unavailable commercial flights, or expired work contracts. In the 30-minute long audience granted by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa to Special Envoy and Presidential Assistant on Foreign Affairs Robert E.A. Borje recently, Bahrain’s Crown Prince and Prime Minister stressed that relations between the Kingdom and the Philippines were important, and recognized the contributions of Filipinos to the socio-economic development of the Kingdom.
