A Sudbury man practising psychiatry even though he was not registered to do so and who pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a female patient will now be sentenced later this month.
Allan Seltzer, 69, was to have been sentenced this week in the Ontario Court of Justice, but several issues arose during the day, so the sentencing hearing was rescheduled to April 19.

The court heard both the Crown and lawyer Danielle Vincent, who is assisting Seltzer, are expected to take about 40 minutes each with their sentencing submissions.
