Vaccinate everyone
Given that the novel coronavirus is re-surging in an almost frantic pace, it is essential that every single adult in the four ‘election-due’ States of Assam, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and West Bengal and in the Union Territory of Pondicherry be vaccinated on an emergency footing, irrespective of age and co-morbidity. And this includes all polling staff and security personnel as well. It should not be said that electoral democracy India’s celebrated asset is run at the cost of her citizens’ health.

While addressing the issue of Indian scholar Rashmi Samant s resignation from Oxford University student Union, EAM Jaishankar said in Rajya Sabha that he will take up the racism issue with the UK when required. India to take up with UK racism issues when required: EAM 
New Delhi: External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar hit out at the United Kingdom after an Indian scholar faced racism and cyber bullying at the esteemed Oxford University. The Union minister was responding to concerns raised by a BJP MP over racism and cyberbullying that forced Indian-origin Rashmi Samant to resign from the president s post of the Oxford University Student s Union.
