In an attempted to avoid a merging vehicle, Abdulsalam Dakane Mohamud, 55, of New Hope, Minn. swerved the 2000 Freightliner semi-truck he was driving east on I-94 near milepost 51 north and west of Fergus Falls. Mohamud s attempt to avoid the merging vehicle at about 4 p.m. caused his semi to roll in the ditch running along the right side of the road.
