The Bachelorette bachelor Andrew Spencer has apologized for offensive tweets in his past, admitting he s both disappointed and embarrassed by his actions.

A handful of Andrew s tweets from 2011 to 2014 have resurfaced on Reddit that contain racially-insensitive content as well as misogynistic and fatphobic jokes.

The Men Tell All taping earlier this month. That s just really immature of myself. I own it and I don t downplay anything about it, Andrew, 26, told ET. I m really sorry that people had to see that side of me. Obviously you don t want to hide that. That s a part of my life and I own it, but that s nowhere near the person I am today. I obviously show that every single day in how I speak.

Bachelorette contestant Connor Brennan, some may remember him as the guy who dressed up as a cat on the first episode.unfortunately did not make the cut during Katie Thurston season but he may have found love because of his experience on the show.
During Monday s episode of the
Men Tell All special, an audience member stood up and told Connor that there was no way he was a bad kisser and that Katie had to be wrong.
Katie dumped Brennan, 29, from the competition after she said she didn t feel a spark when they kissed. That s when audience member, Tara Kelly, stood up to say that there was no way he was a bad kisser and that she wanted to personally find out for herself. Well the kiss happened and they both seemed pretty happy with how each other kissed. After that they saw each other again off stage, kissed again and Connor slipped her his phone number before they parted ways.
