Two title matches have been added to the card for NXT TakeOver: Vengeance Day.
WWE has confirmed that NXT Champion Finn Balor will defend his title against Pete Dunne at TakeOver: Vengeance Day on Sunday, February 14. Kushida challenging for Johnny Gargano s NXT North American Championship has also been made official for the show.
Balor and Dunne took part in a segment on NXT tonight that was interrupted by men s Royal Rumble winner Edge. Edge spoke about how watching NXT helped him find the passion to get his career back after nine years. Edge said he used that passion to win the Royal Rumble and that allows hin to challenge any champion in the company. He called Balor and Dunne two of the best and said he d be watching their match at TakeOver.

Feb. 4 (UPI) Royal Rumble winner Edge appeared on WWE NXT, where he put NXT Champion Finn Balor and his rival Pete Dunne on notice.
Edge arrived onto the scene after Dunne called out Balor and challenged him for this NXT Championship. Balor accepted the challenge with the match set to take place on Feb. 14 at the NXT TakeOver: Vengeance Day pay-per-view event.

Edge can challenge any world champion within WWE at WrestleMania 37 due to recently winning the Men s Royal Rumble match. Edge gave props to the NXT brand and said that it helped him find his passion for returning to professional wrestling after a nine-year absence.
The next matchup in the Men s Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic Quarter-Finals featured Kushida and Leon Ruff taking on the Grizzled Young Veterans, and both sides felt it was their time to shine heading into the battle. The Vets taunted the relatively new team before even getting into the ring, [.]
