An Upstate teen was killed in a minibike collision with a vehicle Wednesday night on Airline Road, south of Anderson.
Jervion Lee Mackey, 17, of Anderson was riding a minibike and traveling south on Airline Road at the same time as a pickup truck when the truck struck Mackey, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
Mackey was not wearing a helmet and was riding along with other teens, according to Anderson County Coroner s Office Deputy Coroner Charlie Boseman.
