The Archbishop of the Ecclesiastical Province of Niger Delta and Bishop of Ikwerre Diocese, The Most Rev. (Dr.) Blessing Chinyere Enyindah has called on Christians to deepen their understanding and knowledge on the identity of Jesus Christ as the world’s Messiah.
He made the call during the 2nd Session of the 5th Synod of the Diocese of Ikwerre (Anglican Communion) at St. Andrew’s Anglican Church, Omunwei District Igwuruta, which held from April 28 to May 2, 2021. The Archbishop said Christians should remain resolute in their conviction on the Messiahship of Christ.

When your life grinds to a halt, due to an ongoing global battle with the Covid-19 pandemic, Mark DuBois is amazed to see “how resilient the general population has been – not bitching and complaining but making do and getting on.
“I don’t think we should do the gloom and doom,” said he.
Like so many people, Mark DuBois’ professional life, his musical life of teaching, concert engagements, his roles as music and choir director at St. Andrew Anglican Church in Alliston, are on hold.
“For Christmas, we did go to the church to record some songs which were online. We still had to wear a mask. And we have put together some music here at home,” he explained.
Ezinne Harriet Nwachuku (Nee Nwabueze), mother of the Chief Press Secretary/Special Adviser (Media) to Governor Hope Uzodimma of Imo State, Mr. Oguwike Nwachuku, who died on January 27, 2021 will be buried April 23, 2021.
According to a statement issued by the family, she will be laid to rest in her late husband’s compound – Nwachuku’s compound in Umueze Ogwuama, Ahiara in Ahaizu Mbaise Local Government Area of Imo State after a Church service at St. Andrew’s Anglican Church, Ahiara.
