New Delhi [India], April 20 (ANI): As migrants have started returning to their hometowns due to the restrictions imposed in the wake of surge in COVID-19 cases, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday reminded the central government of its responsibility and asked whether Centre will transfer cash into the bank accounts of migrants. Migrant workers are migrating once again. In such a situation, it is the responsibility of the central government to put money to their bank accounts, Gandhi tweeted.

Many were seen walking out of the bus station with heavy loads on their heads and shoulders.
