Fugitive businessman Mehul Choksi, who had fled Antigua and Barbuda, captured in Dominica, according to news agency PTI citing local media.
Choksi is currently in the custody of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) in Dominica, reported Antigua media, as per reports.
