The report details the company’s progress over the past 12 months in delivering on its commitment to responsible mining operations in Côte d’Ivoire and Ghana, including an overall economic benefit to host countries totalling about US$385 million. FISMA, or the Federal Information Security Management Act, is a U.S. federal law passed in 2002 that seeks to establish guidelines and cybersecurity standards for government tech infrastructure, and in so doing protect government information and operations.
