Join Victorville High School Democrats
Organizing and outreach are core tenets of successful activism. Which brings me to the purpose of this writing; I’m asking you to take a stand for democratic ideals by joining Victorville High School Democrats. This message is to high schoolers across Victorville and the High Desert. For too long we have seen a lack of action and change in our local community. It’s time for us to do something about it.
High School Democrats of America (HSDA) is a nationwide political organization seeking to promote political engagement among high schoolers. HSDA is responsible for phone banking for and with political candidates, town halls with elected officials, finding internship opportunities for high schoolers and much more. The organization is divided amongst three sectors: National, state and local. Local chapters are groups within cities, high schools or communities.
