(NYSE:AWI), a leader in the design, innovation and manufacture of commercial and residential ceiling, wall and suspension system solutions, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.21 per share for the first quarter of 2021. The dividend will be paid on May 20, 2021, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 6, 2021.
