April 29, 2021 - 11:00 AM While the number of new COVID-19 cases in the Interior Health region has dropped during the past week, there were slight increases in both Kamloops and Penticton. Both cities had two more cases in the week of April 18 to 24 than the week before, with Kamloops having 46 cases and Penticton recording 30. The Central Okanagan dropped to 215 new cases from 242, and Vernon dropped to 36 from 41, according to data released yesterday, April 28, by the B.C. Centre for Disease Control.
