Researchers at Mount Saint Vincent University in Halifax are looking further into the impact of COVID-19 on families.
A
second survey from the Early Childhood Collaborative Research Centre was released recently.
Dr. Jessie-Lee McIsaac said in the first survey, many parents spoke about their struggles with guilt.
“Parents feeling guilty about working and not spending time with their family but also feeling guilty when they are spending time with their family and not meeting employment demands. This kind of sense of guilt was something we heard a lot about,” McIsaac said.
