KBRN, Ambon: Gempa tektonik magnitudo 4.8 SR mengguncang Tepa Kabupaten Maluku Barat Daya (MBD) dan Larat Kabupaten Kepulauan Tanimbar (KKT), Minggu (25/07/2021) dini hari.
Badan Metereologi Klimatologi dan Geofisika (BMKG) Stasiun Geofisika memastikan gempa tersebut tidak berpotensi tsunami.
Gempa tetktonik magnitudo 4.8 SR terjadi sekitar pukul 02.12 WIT. Pusat gempa berada di 6.58 LS - 129.99 BT, atau 130 km Utara Tepa - MBD, 201 km Barat Larat - KKT. Kedalaman gempa 196 km.
