The warmth and beauty of an open flame is hard to beat – especially right now. It’s the reason Reena Simon, a writer and stylist and the blogger behind Hygge For Home, recently installed a log burning stove in her 1960s bungalow in Cardiff. “I am drawn to cosy interiors and my mantra when designing our home was to create a sanctuary we would never want to leave, which two years on is quite ironic as we haven’t been able to leave our homes,” she laughs.

Study hints that supplements may reduce COVID-19 risk in females

Researchers at King’s College London, in the United Kingdom, analyzed data from 1.4 million users of the COVID Symptom Study app in the U.K., the United States, and Sweden. The participants answered questions about their regular use of dietary supplements.
