The outbreak appears to be spreading rapidly, with a local sports club in the town of Cohuna near the Victoria-New South Wales border posting on Facebook it had received information that an attendee at the football and netball on Saturday had tested positive to COVID-19.
Cohuna has not been listed on the Victorian government’s list of coronavirus exposure sites so far and the health department has not confirmed the town as an exposure site.
