Popular television actress Nia Sharma joined the list of celebs who have been urging citizens to get vaccinated as the government opened registrations for those about 18 years of age.
However, Nia took a subtle dig at âwoke celebsâ doing so in her latest tweet.
Nia wrote, Every woke celebrity of this nation urging people to get vaccinated.Kindly mention the name of the centres that have it readily available at this moment so that people queuing up in thousands for days now donât look stupid. P.S we need to get vaccinated.â

As Mumbai city continues to face a shortage of COVID-19 vaccines, the Brihanmumbai Municipal corporation (BMC) has informed that the COVID-19 vaccination Centres in the city will be completely shut from Friday (April 30) to Sunday (May 2). It also said that only registered eligible persons will now be vaccinated. Meanwhile, the city reported 4,192 cases, 82 deaths, and 5,600 recoveries in the last 24 hours. Thane city reported 13 deaths and 863 cases. Maharashtra has also extended the existing lockdown-like restrictions till May 15. Catch all the latest city updates here
