In a new study, researchers has found that people who have healthy blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol levels, being overweight or obese still carries a higher risk of coronary heart disease.Experts at Imperial College London and the University of Cambridge study half a million people and found that being overweight or obese increased a person’s risk of coronary heart disease (CHD) by up to 28% compared to those with a healthy body weight.
According to the researchers, six-weeks of voluntary running, beginning at one month of age in rats, was sufficient to induce a long-term effect on learning and memory of a fear response that depends on newly generated neurons in the hippocampus in adulthood.

This is certainly shocking. Australian bodybuilder Meegan Hefford has died after excessive consumption of protein shakes, protein-rich foods and supplements.
Meegan a mother of two children was found lying unconscious in her apartment and was quickly taken to the hospital. She was declared brain dead by the hospital.
The 25 year old mother was competing as a bodybuilder since the year 2014. She had started working out more in the weeks just before her death.
