The Health Planning Council of Northeast Florida is working to develop a strategic plan that will help shape the future of housing and community development in Clay County.
The council provides access to a survey seeking input from the community as the county prepares to apply for a Community Development Block Grant.
The grant process includes an assessment of housing needs, current market conditions and barriers to fair housing.
“Clay County has a great opportunity to shape the future of housing and community development. Research consistently demonstrates a strong link between housing and health,” said Health Planning Council of Northeast Florida CEO and President Susan Grich in a news release.
