SEATTLE “The crowd is silent now, as opposed to when the Saints have the ball,” NBC broadcaster Tom Hammond said, before more than 66,000 fans refuted that fact.
It was Jan. 8, 2011, and the 7-9 Seahawks led the 11-5 Saints, 34-30, with 3:40 left in the NFC wild-card game. At a supposedly silent Qwest Field in Seattle, Matt Hasselbeck took a snap at his own 33-yard line, turned and handed the ball to Marshawn Lynch.

Devin White is out for the Buccaneers’ regular-season finale and likely the team’s playoff opener. The second-year linebacker tested positive for COVID-19, according to NFL.com’s Tom Pelissero.
In addition to White being sidelined, the Bucs placed Shaquil Barrett on their reserve/COVID-19 list. As a close contact, Barrett will miss Week 17. So long as the pass-rusher does not test positive, he will be eligible to return for Tampa Bay’s wild-card game.
White and Barrett comprise two key pillars of the Bucs’ pass rush. Despite profiling as an off-ball linebacker, White has nine sacks this season. Barrett has produced eight. Jason Pierre-Paul (team-high 9.5) will go it alone this week, and the Bucs will face the NFC East champion next week in all likelihood without part of their standout inside ‘backer tandem.

Oklahoma City -
The CARE Center is working to expand in order to prevent child abuse and provide healing for kids and families in Oklahoma County.
The only hold up is more funding.
The non-profit has already raised millions but still lack about $500,000.
After the initial lockdown, board members told News 9 they have seen a spike in reports of child abuse. The non-profit already had an expansion plan in the works but COVID has really accelerated the need.
Board members said the funds they are hoping to raise will go toward build space for services like forensic interviews and hopefully cut down the time it takes for families to get help.
