Man Charged With His Fifth DUI, Released on His Own Recognizance
On Saturday, a Montana Highway Patrol Trooper responded to a crash near mile marker 117 on Interstate 90 in Missoula County. There had been a one vehicle crash and it appeared a westbound traveling vehicle went off the left side of the roadway and overturned in the median.
The Trooper made contact with the driver of the vehicle, who was receiving medical care. The Trooper noted the driver appeared to have unsteady balance, appeared to have slow and slurred speech, had bloodshot and watery eyes, and smelled of alcohol. The driver, identified as 50-year-old Aaron Clark, stated he had hit a patch of ice.

(Bloomberg) Chinaâs oil stockpiles have risen to around 100 days worth of net imports, making it increasingly challenging to find extra storage tanks and facilities to hold supplies, two people with knowledge of supply levels said.
The build-up follows a push by Beijing to buy up crude for its reserves last year when prices crashed due to the coronavirus pandemic. The figure represents government and commercial inventories, said the people who asked not to be identified because the information isnât public. The reserves fluctuate but have consistently been at or above 100 days worth of imports and rose as high as 120 days recently, one of the people said.

BOULDER Boulder Chamber and Equity Solutions LLC will provide no-cost annual memberships in the Boulder Chamber to the 62 businesses on the Boulder County Black-Owned Business List.
The memberships will be paid by venture capitalist Brad Feld and his wife, Amy Batchelor, who are founders of Anchor Point Foundation. As part of the Boulder Chamber’s new Equity Amplification Program, Feld and Batchelor are committing to fund the first year of membership for these businesses with the hope that they will benefit from the support of their fellow Boulder residents and will contribute their perspectives as active, long-term participants in strengthening Boulder’s business community, according to John Tayer, CEO of the Boulder Chamber.
