North Arkansas Regional Medical Center will hold a COVID-19 vaccine clinic in Lakeview on Tuesday.
The event will be held at the Lloyd Travis Municipal Center, located at 14 Skyles Lane from 9 to 11:30 a.m. The Moederna two-dose vaccine will be used at this event.
Appointments will be required for the Lakeview vaccination event. Appointments can be made by calling 870-414-2021 weekdays between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Vaccines are available for those 18 and up.

North Arkansas College will host a COVID-19 vaccination clinic for students on Wednesday, April 14 from 9 a.m.- 2p.m. in the John Paul Hammerschmidt Conference Center at 1515 Pioneer Drive in Harrison. Current and recently admitted Northark students can sign up to get vaccinated. The student must be 16 years of age or older and parental consent is required for those age 16 and 17.
The first dose of the Pfizer vaccine will be administered at the clinic. Another clinic will be scheduled to administer the second dose in a few weeks. Vaccines will be administered by Northark health professions instructors and students.
COVID-19 vaccination clinics are scheduled for both Harrison and Summit.
North Arkansas Regional Medical Center will host a community vaccination event on April 12 at the hospital from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. North Arkansas Regional Medical Center is located at 620 Noruth Main Street in Harrison.
Appointments will be required for this event, which will use the Pfizer vaccine. To make an appointment, call (870) 414-2021 between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday 9 or on Monday, April 12.
All Arkansans ages 16 and up are now eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine. Those not yet 18 years old will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian in order to be vaccinated.
Two people have died and two remain in critical condition, following their exposure to carbon monoxide poisoning in a Boone County home.
Boone County Sheriff Tim Roberson reports in a social media posting that his office responded to a call of unresponsive individuals found at a residence located off New Hope Road Monday.
Sheriff Roberson says when emergency personnel arrived at the location, they discovered four individuals unresponsive inside a small storage structure the family was living in.
Fifty-nine-year-old Eston Warren was pronounced dead at the scene.
Emergency personnel performed lifesaving treatment to 50-year-old Betty Warren, 29-year-old Amber Watts and a 9-year-old female. The child was transported to North Arkansas Regional Medical Center and was later pronounced dead.
