Russian, Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers Discuss Syunik Border Situation Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and his Azerbaijani counterpart Jeyhun Bayramov today, by telephone, discussed the stand-off along the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.
