City of New Orleans, Orleans Parish Communication District Launch Citywide Vaccine Waitlist
NEW ORLEANS Today, the New Orleans Health Department (NOHD), New Orleans Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness, and the Orleans Parish Communication District announce the launch of the Citywide Vaccine Waitlist.

. “Providing the COVID-19 vaccine to seniors of color, low-income seniors, and those with functional and access needs continues to be a top priority for Mayor Cantrell and the New Orleans Health Department. NEW ORLEANS The director of the New Orleans Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness was booked on drunk driving charges on Thursday.
Records from the Orleans Parish Jail show that Collin Arnold was booked at 7:53 a.m. Thursday on charges of driving while drunk and careless operation.
City Press Secretary Latonya Norton confirmed that Arnold was in a city-owned vehicle that was involved in a crash around 12:30 a.m.
Norton said Arnold displayed signs of being intoxicated but refused a breathalyzer test. He was booked into OPSO.

Phase II will include renovations to the exterior building and interior renovations. Phase I started in December and should wrap up in May 2021, while Phase II will be a nine-month construction project starting in May with scheduled completion by late January 2022.
