LAKE MARY, Fla. - Universal Orlando Resort is now hiring more than 100 experienced Customer Service representatives for its in-house Call Center team.
These full-time and part-time positions offer a weekly sales incentive opportunity to increase earning potential, and candidates selected to join the team will be eligible to receive a sign-on bonus of up to $750.
The hirings come as Universal Orlando opens the highly-anticipated roller coaster, Jurassic World VelociCoaster, on June 10.

LAKE MARY, Fla. - Universal Orlando Resort will be eliminating temperature screenings for park guests and employees beginning Thursday, May 6.
Universal on Wednesday also announced that it is reducing physical distancing requirements from six feet to three feet. Still, most of our original safety protocols remain unchanged from wearing face coverings across our Resort to our ongoing dedication to cleanliness and sanitization, Universal posted on its website.
Park guests and employees are still encouraged to check temperatures before leaving home, as an extra layer of precaution.
As part of its reopening last June, following months of closure due to the coronavirus pandemic, Universal implemented the safety measures, along with required face coverings.

ORLANDO, Fla. (CNN) - Walt Disney World Resort is making a slight change to its COVID-19 guidelines.
Disney announced on Wednesday, it is ending temperature checks for staff and guests at its Orlando parks.
The decision follows the advice of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and local health officials, according to Disney.
