By Victoria Gray Writer The Six Nations community has remained strong and tight-knit throughout the first nine months of the COVID-19 pandemic, but since Christmas cases have risen by 22 and new restrictions could be coming. On Tuesday, Jan. 12 Six Nations of the Grand River reported two new active cases and seven active in the community. There are about 20,000 band members with between 3-4,000 living in the community making that number account for 3.13 per cent of community members infected since December 25 and the total since March 2020, 125, accounting for 0.62 per cent.
