Coshocton Student wins Electric Cooperatives scholarship

Zachary Balo, of Coshocton, was recently awarded an $1,400 Honorable Mention scholarship in Ohio’s Electric Cooperatives’ scholarship competition.
Balo, the son of Tricia and Troy Balo, was sponsored by Frontier Power Co. He is a senior at River View High School.
Twenty-four students representing 24 electric cooperatives in Ohio competed for $41,800 in scholarship awards.
