Music festival fans are going to be disappointed yet again. The annual Stagecoach and Coachella music festivals, which both take place in Indio, California, had their April dates canceled by an order by the Riverside County Public Health Office due to COVID health concerns.
All hope is not lost though. A rep for Riverside County Public Health Officer Dr. Cameron Kaiser
says there is a chance festivals could return in the fall but so far the festivals promoter Golden Voice hasn’t made any comments about plans. Coachella, which usually takes place over two weekends, and Stagecoach, which follows, was initially postponed to the fall in 2020, before finally being canceled outright.
