The CHP has issued an Amber Alert throughout Southern California for a 2-year-old believed to have been abducted by his father in Riverside County.
Celestine Stoot Jr. is believed to be driving a silver/gray/charcoal 2020 Kia Optima with California license plate 8VGU461, or temporary license plate U335133.

The Amber Alert was issued in Riverside, Los Angeles, San Diego, Orange, Imperial and San Bernardino Counties on behalf of the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department (RCSD).

The disappearance of a 1-year-old boy triggered an Amber Alert on Monday that covered much of Southern California.
Riverside, Los Angeles, San Diego, Orange, Imperial and San Bernardino counties have been put on notice after the disappearance of Celestine Stoot, III. The child, who is around 2 feet tall and weighs about 20 pounds, was last seen in Lake Elsinore, Riverside County on Sunday, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Law enforcement have named Celestine Stoot Jr., 31, a suspect. He is believed to be driving a silver 2020 Kia Optima with a temporary license plate of U335133.

RIVERSIDE COUNTY, Calif. The California Highway Patrol put out an Amber Alert on behalf of the Riverside County Sheriff s Department Monday evening for a 2-year-old boy, Celestine Stoot Jr. III, last seen in Lake Elsinore sometime on the Fourth of July.
Police are also in search of 31-year-old Celestine Stoot Jr., who s believed to be the boy s father.
The suspect s vehicle is a silver 2020 Kia Optima with a temporary California license plate: U335133.
