UAE, Republic of Korea enhance cooperation in industry, technology

Dr Sultan Bin Ahmed Al Jaber, UAE Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, met with Sung Yun-mo, Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy of the Republic of Korea to discuss ways of enhancing strategic cooperation between the two countries in the fields of industry and advanced technology.
The talks took place during a virtual meeting between the UAE Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT) and the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy of the Republic of Korea (MOTIE) that focused on strengthening the relations between the two countries, spanning more than 40 years.

Islamabad : Pakistan and the Republic of Korea have agreed to hold further negotiations on the proposed Free Trade Agreement (FTA) for increasing bilateral trade and promote free trade between the two countries.
Pakistan and the Republic of Korea had fruitful discussions on prospects of Free Trade Agreement (FTA) to increase the bilateral trade and also enhance the trade volume, a senior official of the Ministry of Commerce told this agency here on Saturday.
He said that FTA was proposed by Pakistan in trade negotiations between both sides in Seoul to increase the trade volume.
