Dhruv Consultancy Services Limited has received the Letter of Award for Consultancy Services for Authority Engineer for Supervision of Construction of 6-lane access controlled Greenfield Highway from km 4+888 to Km 67+ 000 of Rajasthan/Gujarat Boarder to Santalpur Section of NH -754K as a part of Amritsar Jamnagar Economic Corridor in the state of Gujarat on EPC Mode under Bharatmala Pariyojana (Phase-I), from the office of General Manager (Tech) Bharatmala of National Highways Authority of India, Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Govt of India, New Delhi ( the Authority ) having reference No. NHAI/BM/EC/AJ/Construction Supervision/Package-9/72-M dated January 8, 2021, received on January 15, 2021 by the Company i.e. Dhruv Consultancy Services Limited along with Chaitanya Projects Consultancy Pvt. Ltd.
TCS arm completes acquisition of Postbank Systems from Deutsche Bank

Tata Consultancy Services Limited had earlier announced the acquisition of 100% shares of Postbank Systems AG from Deutsche Bank AG through its subsidiary Tata Consultancy Services Netherlands B.V. The acquisition was to be completed by year end 2020 subject to customary regulatory and governmental approvals.
The aforesaid acquisition of Postbank Systems AG has been completed today.
Shares of TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.2870.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2908.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 834286 in over 9935 trades.

The Varanasi Municipal Corporation (VMC) has started preparing the bond in the parliamentary constituency of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The funds raised through this bond would be invested in various infrastructure schemes and the development of Varanasi.
