Analysis from the Governance Institute of Australia shows that one in four ASX executives and directors are receiving raises, down from more than half the year prior. As workers contend with genuinely stagnant wage growth, CEO Megan Motto cautioned companies to be careful about how they reward their biggest earners. Brown has extensive experience in the tourism and hospitality industry, particularly in the global luxury hotel sector. Until recently, she was the general manager of COMO The Treasury hotel and has held senior positions with Aman Resorts International and the iconic Longitude 131 resort at Uluru.
