NACOGDOCHES, Texas (KTRE) - Once again, the Deep East Texas Trauma Service Areaâs COVID-19 hospitalizations were more than 15 percent of the TSAâs total capacity, according to the Texas Department of State Health Services.
On Friday, the Deep East Texas TSA, or TSA H, had a hospitalization rate of 16.85 percent. Thatâs up from the 16.69 reported on Thursday.

NACOGDOCHES, Texas (KTRE) - After the Deep East Texas Trauma Service Area saw a spike in the number of hospitalized COVID-19 patients on Tuesday, the one-week requirement has started at Day 1 again for that region.
If the Deep East Texas TSA goes another six days straight with its hospitalization rate at 15 percent or more of its total capacity, some businesses will have to reduce their capacity to 50 percent again.

On Monday, the Texas Department of State Health Services reported that the hospitalization rate for the Deep East Texas TSA was at 13.98 percent, which was up a bit from the 13.7 percent reported on Sunday,
