Gilbert replaces David Wall, who has resigned. Gilbert will be replaced as company secretary by Sarah Smith, who was acting company secretary from 2014 to 2020. Crest Nicholson Holdings PLC - Chertsey, Surrey-based housebuilder - Sharon Flood will step down as non-executive director on June 30, having served for six years.
