The arrival of the pandemic upended our lives – and our workout regimes – prompting gyms to move online as we switched to at-home exercise. For many, living in lockdown altered our feelings towards physical activity for the better. Daily exercise became the one constant in our restricted lives, serving as an antidote to the ever-changing news cycle.
