New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern has confirmed she has not as of yet spoken to Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison following the positive COVID-19 test of an Auckland airport worker.
Ms Ardern did say, however, that the two countries health ministers had been in contact.
The New Zealand government has reassured Australia is it confident the trans-Tasman bubble will remain open following the recent positive case.
