Such recurring images of the Venetian-style palazzo with its eerie low-lit galleries, its ornate central courtyard spectral in the night, its shadowy tunnels and passageways highlighted by cobwebs, set the mood for Colin Barnicle’s four-part, 3½-hour “This Is a Robbery: The World’s Biggest Art Heist,” on Netflix.
