Billy Gonzales has built a luxurious resumé as one of the best wide receiver developers in college football throughout his time at the University of Florida.
Sending six former Gators to the NFL in the past two years, the Florida wideouts coach has started to garner significant interest from prospective pass-catching talent.
Reaching near and far to find scheme fits to fill voids created by departing figures at offensive skill positions, Gonzales has targeted a fair share of receivers with elite length and speed over the past few cycles.

The Florida Gators had several offensive playmakers on campus on Tuesday including a few from out-of-state schools.
Receiver Isaiah Horton (6-3, 190, Murfreesboro, TN. Oakland) was on campus on Tuesday and enjoyed getting to see everything the campus had to offer.
“It was good, good experience,” Horton said of his visit to Florida on Tuesday. “I got to get down here and see Coach [Billy] Gonzales for the first time, he’s a great guy in person. The coaching staff was great; the academic things I saw were great. Everything was great.”
Horton had said heading into the visit that he wanted to meet the coaches and see how they were like in person compared to zoom calls and the first impression was a good one for the Gators.
