Police charged a local man involved in a single-vehicle collision Monday for impaired driving after he was found to have a blood alcohol concentration more than triple the legal limit.
Thunder Bay Police Service officers with the Uniform Patrol Branch were dispatched just after 5:45 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 14 to the corner of Farrand and Argyle Streets following reports of a motor-vehicle collision.
When officers arrived on the scene they observed the involved pickup truck matched the description of a vehicle previously reported as driving erratically. Concerned citizens called 911 about a suspected impaired driver travelling northbound on Fort William Road.

Len was born in Ombabika but grew up in Thunder Bay. He attended St. Bernard s, Gron Morgan High School, and graduated from the Child and Family Worker program at Confederation College. Len worked in construction and logging in his younger years. He also worked driving Diamond taxi.
