Juneau County Man Arrested for Possible Internet Crimes Against Children
On Thursday, February 25, 2021, the Juneau County Sheriff’s Office executed an ICAC (Internet Crimes Against Children) search warrant on 12th Street, Armenia Township.
As a result of the search warrant multiple electronic devices were seized and Jonathon W. Randles, age 47, was arrested and transported to the Juneau County Jail on a Probation Hold.
At this time the investigation is on-going. We anticipate criminal charges being filed on Mr. Randles in the immediate future.
The Juneau County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by a Racine County Sheriff’s Office K-9 Unit this is used specifically to locate electronic devices and the Wisconsin Department of Criminal Investigations.

Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office detectives Thursday (Feb. 25) morning arrested a Los Altos Hills man on suspicion of charges related to child pornography. Nurge
William Nurge, 58, is charged with felony possession and distribution of child pornography, a Sheriff’s Office press release stated.
According to the release, detectives form the Sheriff’s Office’s Sexual Assault Felony Enforcement task force and U.S. Marshals executed a search warrant on a Winton Way home at approximately 7 a.m. Thursday. Someone had submitted a tip to the Internet Crimes Against Children task force, a federal program, alleging Nurge downloaded illicit content and distributed it via a messaging application.

PIERCE TOWNSHIP, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) A Kewaunee man was arrested after being suspected of searching for child sexual abuse imagery online.
The Kewaunee County Sheriff’s Office says it conducted a search warrant Wednesday at a home on Kay Road in the Township of Pierce. The warrant came following an Internet Crimes Against Children tip.

Luring a Minor by Computer or other Electronic Means is a Class B Felony

Fifty-eight-year-old Ron Thompson faces a charge of Luring a Minor by Computer or other Electronic Means.
“It is a Class B Felony. As a Class B Felony, that is something that has a possible maximum penalty of 10 years incarceration, a $20,000 fine, or both,” explained Cass County State’s Attorney Birch Burdick.
Court documents show Thompson had sexually explicit online conversations between October 31st and November 6th of 2019 with a person he believed was a 14-year-old girl.
Thompson was actually interacting with an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigator in a different state.
