The Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch arrested Zachary Luke Conn, 18, on charges related to child sexual abuse material.
Conn was arrested as the result of an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) investigation. The KSP Electronic Crime Branch began the investigation after discovering the suspect uploading images of child sexual exploitation online.
The investigation resulted in the execution of a search warrant at a residence in Pikeville on January 14, 2021. Equipment used to facilitate the crime was seized and taken to KSP’s forensic laboratory for examination. The investigation is ongoing.
Conn is currently charged with twenty counts of possessing or viewing matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance. This charge is a Class-D felony punishable by one to five years in prison. Conn was lodged in the Pike County Detention Center.

SALT LAKE CITY A registered sex offender with convictions in two prior sex offense cases has been arrested again.
Jordan Theodore Reyling, 34, of Salt Lake City, was booked into the Salt Lake County Jail on Thursday and charged Friday in 3rd District Court with 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, a second-degree felony.
Between August and November, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children reported suspected child pornography was uploaded to three email accounts.
The Utah Attorney General’s Internet Crimes Against Children task force learned that Reyling was associated with all three accounts, according to a police affidavit.
