India-based Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has received 60 single-crystal blades for helicopter engines from the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO).
The Indian Ministry of Defence (MoD) said that the technology had been developed as part of a programme taken up by the DRDO’s Defence Metallurgical Research Laboratory (DMRL).

The Indian Ministry of Defence (MoD) has announced the development of SpO2 (Blood Oxygen Saturation) supplemental oxygen delivery system.
The SpO2 system is intended for the Indian Army soldiers conducting operations in extreme high-altitude areas.
The system’s electronic hardware is designed to operate at extreme altitudes while the software safety checks ensure its reliability in field conditions.

India and China have held the 11th round of the India-China Corps Commander Level Meeting at the Chushul-Moldo border meeting point.
During the meeting, the two sides exchanged their views to resolve the outstanding disengagement issues along the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in Eastern Ladakh.
They also agreed on the requirement to settle the issues in an ‘expeditious manner’ in line with the existing agreements.

The Indian Ministry of Defence (MoD) has announced the development of a new technology to protect naval vessels against missile attacks.
The new Advanced Chaff Technology has been developed by the Defence Research and Development Organisation’s (DRDO) laboratory, Defence Laboratory Jodhpur (DLJ). It meets the Indian Navy’s ‘qualitative requirements’.
Chaff is a passive expendable electronic countermeasure technology employed to safeguard naval ships from enemy’s radar and radio frequency (RF) missile seekers.
