Minister for Information and Broadcasting Fawad Chaudhry on Sunday expressed satisfaction over Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) candidates’ success from tehsil Pind Dadan Khan and Khewra in the elections of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Legislative Assembly.
In a tweet, he said the polling ratio in the legislative assembly elections had shown that the common man had taken a full interest in these elections and also expressed full confidence in the electoral process.
“Prime Minister Imran Khan’s (likely) government in AJK would be a source of strength for the people of Indian-Occupied Jammu and Kashmir,” the minister added.
Held Kashmir brutalities claim six lives in three days

ISLAMABAD: Indian troops on Sunday killed one Kashmiri youth in the Kulgam district, taking the three-day toll of their brutal operations in Indian-occupied Jammu and Kashmir to six.
According to the Kashmir Media Service, the youth was killed by occupation forces during a violent cordon and search operation in the Yaripora area of the district. The Indian forces snapped internet services and blocked all entry and exit points of the area while operation was going on till last reports.
On Saturday, three Kashmiri youths were gunned down in the Bandipora district’s Sumlar area. Like the Kulgam operation, all entry and exit points of Sumlar locality were cordoned off. Three Indian soldiers were injured in an attack in the same area and were taken to the hospital. Occupied Kashmir’s Inspector General of Police, Vijay Kumar, told media that one injured soldier was evacuated to Indian Army’s 92 base hospital in
